PRIVATE GROUP ID

And PRIVATE_GROUP_BOT_API_ID

For setting up PRIVATE_GROUP_ID and PRIVATE_GROUP_BOT_API_IDthe process is the same.

1. Make a private group with @missrose_bot

2. Send /id to that group so as to get the group id.

3. Copy that id and add it in the variables.

Note - While copying the group id, do copy the " - " symbol at the front of the id.
